For nearly a year we’ve heard that 20th Century Fox had a much longer cut of X-Men Days of Future Past that featured more Rogue and an expanded storyline. According to director Bryan Singer, we get to see that movie in July.

Instead of heading back to the theater, X-Men: Days of Future Past Rogue Cut is going directly to Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD on July 14th.

An all-star cast, including Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lawrence, Ellen Page, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart, prepares for battle in this action-packed adventure. As Sentinel robots hunt down mutants and humans, the characters from the original X-Men trilogy join forces with their younger selves in an epic struggle to change the past—and save our future!

Pre-orders have already begun, with the asking price on iTunes sitting at $19.95.
