DC Comics has announced it will collect Grant Morrison’s entire run of The Multiversity in hardcover.

Visionary writer Grant Morrison, tackles a cast of unforgettable characters from 52 alternative Earths of the known DC Multiverse (check out the map here) in one epic story. Illustrated by many of today’s most talented artists including Ivan Reis and Joe Prado, Chris Sprouse, Ben Oliver, Frank Quitely, Cameron Stewart, Jim Lee, Doug Mahnke, Marcus To, Paulo Siqueira and others, THE MULTIVERSITY DELUXE EDITION will include bonus material and will be available everywhere books are sold October 27th.

I’ll be honest, I am/was completely lost during the whole The Multiversity event – not because Grant Morrison writes 10 levels above everyone’s head, but because of the way the series was numbered and put together. For me, it was hard to figure out series order, what to read next, and most importantly, what was released next. Having everything in one complete volume is going to be super handy for those who want to read this book for years to come.

Hooray, I’m excited for the Multiversity to be collected! I’ve heard great things about these books and I can’t wait to read them! Yeah, I know I could read them as single issues, but I’m ok with waiting a little bit for a nice hardcover edition of the entire series!
