According to Marvel, Carrie-Anne Moss has been cast as a recurring character in the upcoming Jessica Jones series.
In the announcement, Marvel says, “Moss plays a no-nonsense woman who could prove a powerful ally to Jessica…if Jessica doesn’t completely alienate her first.”
I’m not up on my Alias or Jessica Jones history, so I have no idea if Moss will play a character we’ve seen before, or someone new, but with the casting announcement, the show continues to strengthen with a solid cast.
“Carrie-Anne has proven her ability to play complex characters with deep and layered inner lives,” said Jeph Loeb, Executive Producer/Marvel’s Head of Television. “Her interaction with Jessica Jones will be one of the many highlights of the series.”
A.K.A. Jessica Jones is expected to arrive sometime in 2015.

This series continues to pique my interest.
I am now very interested in seeing their story play out.
Iron Fist: What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge bullets?
Luke Cage: No, I’m trying to tell you that when you’re ready, you won’t have to.
For some reason I didn’t even see Iron Fist and Luke Cage nor Neo and Morpheus saying that as I read it. My mental image was of Ted “Theodore” Logan and Cowboy Curtis.
