    This book was just so much fun. Hooded Justice being in the Darwyn Cooke world is very interesting. Also, stating that The Carrier is a vehicle of The Monitors seems to insinuate that it’s they who deputized StormWatch as universal watchdogs. A plethora of fascinating ideas here.
