Attack on Titan is one of those properties I’m still conflicted on, but I understand a number of you love the story of giant naked people running around eating the remainder of humanity.  A live action movie is coming our way next summer, and today we learn who the live action heroes are, and get to check out their character posters.

The cast for the film includes Haruma Miura as Eren, Kiko Mizuhara as Mikasa, Kanata Hongo as Armin, Satomi Ishihara as Hanji, Nanami Sakuraba as Sasha, Takahiro Miura as Jean, Hiroki Hasegawa as Shikishima, Ayame Misaki as Hiana, Pierre Taki as Souda, Jun Kunimura as Kubal, Shu Watanabe as Fukushi, Satoru Matsuo as Sannagi, and Rina Takeda as Lil.

It looks like Attack on Titan will be split into two films and will be based on the world and characters from the manga, while adding in the new characters as well.

If the movie is as crazy as the anime series is, then I will want to check this out, and I hope the international DVDs hit the market as soon (or sooner) than the theatrical release.
