    The BBC list is way too heavy on new Who. The Angels are great but I tend to agree with Stephen: the Cyber Men, Daleks, the Master (especially) were definitely better in the first run of Who then in the newer run of Who. Some of them like the Cyber Men and the Master had a real sweet spot in the mid 70’s through mid 80’s with Pertwee and Baker.
