If you were wondering how quickly Marvel would move on the Daredevil mini-series scheduled to appear on Netflix, the answer is pretty damn fast. The studio confirmed that it has found the writer, director, and producer for the series… and it’s the same guy.

drew-goddardFAccording to Marvel, Drew Goddard (Cloverfield, Lost, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) will write and direct the first episode, setting the town for the entire series, and will serve as the showrunner and executive producer for the 13-episode series.

I like Buffy, and I like portions of Lost and Cloverfield, so I think we are well on our way to an exciting Daredevil series that is scheduled to appear on Netflix in 2015.
