Matthew Peterson
Once upon a time, there was a young nerd from the Midwest, who loved Matter-Eater Lad and the McKenzie Brothers... If pop culture were a maze, Matthew would be the Minotaur at its center. Were it a mall, he'd be the Food Court. Were it a parking lot, he’d be the distant Cart Corral where the weird kids gather to smoke, but that’s not important right now... Matthew enjoys body surfing (so long as the bodies are fresh), writing in the third person, and dark-eyed women. Amongst his weaponry are such diverse elements as: Fear! Surprise! Ruthless efficiency! An almost fanatical devotion to pop culture! And a nice red uniform.

Where? Unless I’ve completely missed something, John Hurt is called “The War Doctor” and the numbering as it was before his reveal still appears intact according to all the sources I’ve seen. Looking up info on sites such as one of the best Doctor Who wikis lists the Doctors by number, and Eccleston is still 9, Tennant is still 10, Smith is still 11 and Capaldi is being called 12.
The only place I’ve seen the number differ is a couple of sites with articles written that consider both the War Doctor and Tennant’s other regen as an effect on the numbering system.
Correction: The articles list them as “technically speaking” they would alter the number, so that would mean before the reveal of the War Doctor, Tennant would have been both the 10th and 11th.
Quote from Moffat:
“Technically, if you really counted it, the David Tennant Doctor is two Doctors, on account of the Meta-Crisis Doctor [in Journey’s End]… It’s not a matter of counting the regenerations, but of counting the faces of the Time Lord that calls himself the Doctor. There’s an anomaly Doctor slotted in somewhere, that’s all. In the script to The Day of the Doctor, Matt’s Doctor was called the Eleventh, and David’s was called the Tenth, so the numbering stays exactly the same – and we call Peter Capaldi the Twelfth Doctor.”
