We told you this morning that we would be seeing a trailer for the 50th Anniversary at some point today and now that time has arrived! You are not going to want to miss this!

While it’s not technically a trailer for The Day of the Doctor the voiceover gives us an idea of bits of the story we will see take place on November 11.

What did you think of the trailer and see the Doctors in color? I have watched very little Doctor Who and this trailer makes me want to make sure I don’t miss the coming special. I’m sure you have thoughts after viewing the video so let the world know in the comments below!

    A couple of observations:
“No more” is sprayed on a girder between the Fourth doctor and K-9. 1716231 is displayed on a red readout to the right of the Ood.
    Doctors 6-8 barely show up.
    Sonic screwdrivers show up everywhere.

    It has my curiosity up.

Why does it seem the current and past show runners have it out for 6-8?

      “Sonic screwdrivers show up everywhere.”

If what I read is true, the appearance of them in this trailer may be a nod to a certain plot point of the special.

Or it could just be because they are cool, much like fezzes and bowties.
