Wow, great intro!
I dunno… After reading this book, I guess I can see why the script got re-written. Wasn’t my cup of tea.
I recently heard that part of what Lucas was going for with the original Star Wars was he own Vietnam war allegory. And while you can see those elements in the film that came out in 1978 I was wondering if the Vietnam them is more central to this book?
