Yay, not disappointed by this new episode. Randus’ family kind of has a nice, lively vibe (and they sort of remind me of the Weasley family). Looking forward to more episodes!

Great episode! I have to say while the epic battles are fun, it’s really these roleplay moments that keep me coming back year after year: meeting Randus’ folks, Ket bargaining for a hotel, Orem terrorizing interns. Keep it up.

Side-note: Have you guys shifted to inherent bonuses? Is that why you destroyed the magic weapons?

I’m fairly certain that’s not that case. Orem still has a magic sword and wand, and Ket still has two whips and and two wands, Torq has his axe, and Randus has a backpack full of magical weapons.

The loss of magic weapons was happenstance on the party’s part. Also, Steven is pretty good about mentioning that sort of stuff, so we probably would have been informed nearly immediately of the change.

i think that the weapon destruction thing was just Rodrigo being cruel for stories sake.

    I loved Randus’ mom!
Rodrigo once again delivered a brilliant performance. That guy should win some acting award.

This episode right here? This is the sort of stuff that’s gonna get me fired one of these days.
Bursting out laughing at work is apparently frowned upon. Huh, who knew.

    Great episode, none the less!

Mmmm jummy roleplay episode, so happy :).
As always Rodrigo delivers. So curious to know more about Randus’s wanderlust…

I so enjoyed this one! Great job everyone – you all shone like beacons today. And I think everyone came up with at least one very subtle bird-man joke that had me laughing out loud because they all just fit into the context of the conversation so well.
