Earlier this week we showed you the first poster for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which was incredibly sparse. Today, however, we are sharing a piece of concept art for the movie that should excite you more than that teaser poster. Take the jump now!

Set to star Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Frank Grillo, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Scarlett Johansson, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp, Hayley Atwell, Maximiliano Hernández, Robert Redford and Georges St-Pierre, the story picks up where Marvel’s The Avengers left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.

Concept Art

In a wonderful piece by Ryan Meinerding, Captain faces The Winter Soldier in the middle of battlefield with plenty of ships flying overhead. It also appears that Captain America will discover his original suit at some point in the film, if every part of this image is to be believed.

There is so much to look at and discuss about this image, so make sure you head down to the comments below and leave your thoughts about this concept art piece.
