Generally when a studio screens footage at conventions those who aren’t in attendance have to wait until it possibly leaks onto the Internet and then hope the studio doesn’t remove it before there is a chance to watch. That is not the case this instance with the footage of Pacific Rim shown at Wonder Con because Warner Bros. has released the footage themselves for all of us to enjoy!

Holy kaiju sh8%! Superman who?

What an excellent move by the studio to release this footage; it is exactly what the movie needed as Man of Steel and other big name movies are receiving all the hype at the moment.

Pacific Rim releases July 12 in IMAX, 3D, and the regular theaters.
