Actually im loving this series. alot. Doc ock is proving to be a much better Spider-Man than Peter. He may be more brutal, and cross some lines that Peter didnt, but he’s more effective. Does the ends justify the means?

Honestly, the brutality hasn’t really factored into his effectiveness, it was more the planning and attention to detail that’s made him better.
I imagine once Parker is back we may see the best Spidey in years, combining the effectiveness of Ock with the restraint and humanity of Peter.

Too bad we can’t have both.

Is that a modified Ben Reilly Spider-Man costume in panel 4? The large chest symbol and end-at-the-shoulder webbing look a lot like what he wore in the mid-90’s…
