SXSW kicks off next week, and one of the film debuting is Zero Charisma from Katie Graham and Andrew Matthews. Thought it has been floating around the Internet for a while, this is the first I’ve heard of the film that mixes gaming, coming of age, and a nemesis. Take a look at the poster and trailer after the jump.

Zero Charisma stars Sam Eidson (Natural Selection; My Sucky Teen Romance) as Scott, a fantasy gamer who struggles to defend his tabletop turf from an interloping neo-nerd hipster, Miles, played by Garrett Graham. Caught in delusions of grandeur, Scott takes extreme measures to reclaim his spot at the head of the table and re-establish his identity as the Game Master.

This looks really interesting, and I hope iTunes gets the movie early!

I really hope it’s not, but it looks like a semi-comedy version of Mazes and Monsters…
