Recently back on air and much loved show Portlandia has decided to jump into the whole “not a real nerd” Internet debate by running a PSA on the subject in their show. Having never watched the show but assuming I have an understanding of what it’s about by knowing who are involved, I’m assuming this is a tongue-in-cheek moment, but I have been wrong before. It’s terribly annoying, this whole “borders exist on the Internet” issue, and it’s not the first time I’ve been prevented from watching video on this site because of it.
