Back in October we showed you the test reel of footage that Fox had put out for their upcoming Axe Cop animated television series. Today we have more news for you in the form of when you can watch the first episode and who will make up the cast.

Clear your schedules, or set your DVRs, for July 27th at 11pm ET because that is when you will get your first full taste of animated Axe Cop. The show is apart of the network’s 90 minute late night animated block that includes High School USA!, from Community writer/actor Dino Stamatopoulos, and a yet to be titled show.

Fox’s other big announcement was who would be joining Nick Offerman as voices for the cast. Those lucky people are: Megan Mullally, Patton Oswalt, Ken Marino and Peter Serafinowicz. With this cast Axe Cop is shaping up to bit a hit animated show. In case you forgot what the first footage of the show looked like you can watch it again down below.
