  1. This was a great episode, Zach really seems to be gelling with the other hosts. My top five breakfast foods:

    5. Coco Wheats – I have always enjoyed having a hot bowl of this with evaporated milk in the winter.

    4. French toast – There is a way to make this with corn flakes and texas toast that is absolutely outstanding, and I respectfully disagree with young Zach syrup is the way to go with this dish.

    3. The Mc Donald’s sausage Mc Muffin or the Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel – Both great sandwiches. No onions though, they do not agree with me.

    2. Cold pizza – Either sitting in the box, or the fridge this for breakfast is delish!

    1. Tony’s restaurant meat lover’s omelette – This is a local joint that has some big food, and nothing compare to this heart stopper. American cheese, sausage, bacon, Italian sausage and ham wrapped in an omelette, sat next to hash browns, and lovingly covered in sausage gravy. Man I wish I had this when I was younger and could eat like a horse, although I’d probably be even bigger than I am now if that was the case.
