The Walt Disney Studios sent Major Spoilers the first poster for the upcoming The Lone Ranger movie, as well as a number of shots from the flick.

The poster looks cool, as do the shots. I have two concerns though. Firstly, while the movie is called The Lone Ranger, I have a sneaking suspicion it will ultimately be a Tonto/Depp movie. Secondly, I fear it will be more Pirates 3 (ie overblown and disappointing) and less Pirates 1 (brilliant fun). Only time will tell…
