Giant gaming expo E3 officially starts today, but yesterday Microsoft took to the stage to show what they have planned for their future. Thankfully this included game footage from the next installment in the Halo franchise. Take the jump to see everyone’s favorite Spartan back in action.

With production of Halo 4 moving from Bungie, who produced the first three games, to 343 Industries I was worried that this game would diverge from the established franchise that I love. After viewing this gameplay my doubts have subsided and now I just can’t wait for the release.
