LucasFilm sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek of Deception, an all new episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars that airs this Friday on the Cartoon Network.

When the Jedi learn of a Separatist plot to kidnap Chancellor Palpatine, one of them must go deep undercover as a hardened criminal to extract information from the conspirators. To alleviate all suspicions and fit seamlessly into a high security Republic prison, a Jedi must die! But not everything is what it seems in The Clone Wars. Witness the “Deception” – an all-new episode – which features the return of the series’ most memorable villains behind bars: Cad Bane, Boba Fett and Bossk, airing at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT Friday, January 20th on Cartoon Network.

Hey would someone please get Bail Organa a new shirt? The guy has been rocking the turtle neck since 2005. Time to hit Star Brooks Brothers Baily.

Let’s see, the corpse is too tall to be Yoda, and everybody else is in the clip except for Obiwan. And Obiwan’s old flame is standing there bawling. Gosh. Who could it be? I bet it’s Jar Jar Binks! Ow. I just sprained my sarcasm!

Fairly certain it’s Obi Wan. Got that feeling in the “Next Time On …” commercial after last week’s episode. And c’mon, we all knew the Jedi weren’t really going to truly kill one of their own!
