    For level 1 characters, you could re-skin kobolds to look like “Santa’s elves”-style enemies. Slingers could throw ornament balls or snowballs, Dragonshields could use large peppermints for shields, etc.

    I imagine you could probably re-purpose most of the H1 Shadowfell Keep story with minimal effort. Enjoy!

    What a little gem of an episode! so many great little ideas for aspiring DM’s and just fans who love to absorb your ideas of how to make D&D a little bit more than your average dungeon crawl adventure. Very glad you guys decided to give us a holiday treat instead of leaving us hanging (on a christmas tree?) for a week.
