According to Variety, Harrison Ford has been locked to star in Ender’s Game.

The Orson Scott Card adaptation is scheduled to be released March 15, 2013.  As speculated previously, Ford will indeed play Colonel Hyram Graff, who is in charge of training new military recruits.  Asa Butterfield will star as Ender, a genius recruited by the government to help destroy an alien race.

Gavin Hood (X-Men Origins: Wolverine) is directing and production is expected to begin in early 2012.

Who’s going to play the character that hates gay people, and criticizes Darwinism and global warming science?
