The rumor mill over The Dark Knight Rises prologue have been all over the place lately. From Bane breaking The Bat, to a parallel story featuring Batman and Bane’s respective trainings, to something… very dark. The one thing we do know is that the six to eight minute prologue will only be in select 70mm IMAX theaters, and now we have the complete list.

  1. Well, if it makes you feel better, the only theater listed for NE is actually in Iowa, so you don’t have to lower yourself to ourNE standards!

    • How were the IMAX screens were selected – 70mm film projection only – no digital, not 35mm projection. I’m sure the Major Spoilers HQ IMAX screen would be a minimum of 70mm, but digital is so much more expensive to set up and maintain than traditional film.

What baffles me is the seeming collaboration between distributors Warner (dkr) and Paramount (Mission impossible) here.

Isn’t this kind of like an add for the New 52 at the start of an issue of FF?
