When it comes ot Aliens, the scary you can make the experience, the better, which is why Aliens: Colonial Marines from Sega looks all kinds of awesome.

Aliens: Colonial Marines is a squad-based first-person shooter in which the player controls four Colonial Marines, each with a different personality and primary weapon. Each player character can carry additional weapons including a flamethrower, pulse rifle, smartgun, pistol, RPG, and many types of grenades.

The problem with this games is that to keep things realistic you die pretty easily, 2 aliens flanking means you have to head-shot one pretty quick or the other kills you, so you have to get a flawless run to finish a mission. Things get frustrating pretty fast.
