Mimoco, the company that does all those awesome MIMOBOT USB flash drives, is back with a new line of storage devices featuring characters from the Star Wars universe, including a very awesome looking Han Solo in carbonite.

Sculpted, pop culture “action figures,” the latest Star Wars MIMOBOT collection features iconic characters from Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, including previously mentioned Lando Calrissian as well as Han Solo in Carbonite carrying case, Princess Leia disguised as the bounty hunter Boushh and fan-favorite Boba Fett in updated Return of the Jedi styling. Ranging from 2GB to 16GB memory capacities and preloaded with MimoDesk™ character-specific content, the new Star Wars Series 7  drives include wallpapers, avatars, screensavers, as well as other digital extras.

These drives are available now from Mimoco.

I’d love the Carbonite Han and the Boba Fett ones. I’m not normally into this sort of thing (except for one or two that I liked), but I do like these a lot.
