Awesome , just awesome, very nice job indeed!
So sad we couldn’t know what happend in Episode 101 cause of the Great Blackout… Do you guys plan to do another Listener Feedback episode any time soon?
Listeners are always encouraged to send email to podcast@majorspoilers.com. We do the best we can to read questions/comments on the show and answer them when we can.
Thanks for listening!
So sad, only one comment thus far :(
You guys all deserve major props for this latest mini-arc. The whole ghost pirate thing was awesome, some of my favorite stuff since… oh, probably since “Stop loitering around my weasel stand!”. Hilarious, tense, engaging and awesome, I really liked these episodes.
And now for Ket and Torq’s God-Like-Monster-Of-The-Week! Can’t wait :D
Thanks Dave!
I think it’s kind of funny how much Stephen likes the recap pages in Marvel Comics and constantly mocks the stereotypical nerd that is steeped in comics continuity (“If you had actually *read* the previous 235 issues of Carrot-Man then you would have understood this latest issue”) but is then very quick to tell listeners of Critical Hit to just start at the beginning in order to catch up.
I understand that a full recap might be a bit much but I do feel that a regular introduction to all of the players as well as their characters (along with details like race & class) would be a nice reminder, especially what with you guys changing characters and adventuring groups on a semi-regular basis. During the podcast would be nice, but at least in the show notes you could have a bit of character and player info that could simply be copied and pasted from show to show and updated only as need be.
But if you listen closely, we do throw all that stuff in the show in bits and pieces.
Not in every single episode, though. Even for folks that do listen to every episode show notes with players and characters would be an easy aid to implement.
I absolutely love the show. Can’t comment on this episode as I am listening from #1 and am currently on the 2nd or 3rd moon episode. You guys have great chemistry (I think that’s ok to say about guys?) and I look forward to listening to your adventures every day on my commute to/from work. Rock on!
