Don’t know how I missed this bit of news – oh, wait… I do… (shudder).  Anyway… If you are doing the potty dance in anticipation of Warner Bros. Green Lantern movie, here’s a bit of news that will give you that bladder spasm you so badly need.

Geoffrey Rush is voicing Tomar-Re.

If you like that news, take the jump for news on that other alien.

We’ve already seen pics of Kilowog, and now according to First Showing, we know who will be voicing the giant alien.  Are you ready?

Are you?

Michael Clarke Duncan.

You can do a happy dance now. No, really… go ahead, I’ll wait.

Green Lantern stars Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Mark Strong, Michael Clarke Duncan, and Geoffrey Rush.

You’re welcome.

I can see the casting agents love their ham and cheese. And that’s a GOOD thing! This is one cast that knows how to chew the crap out of the scenery to its best effect.

I’m happy with both of these choices, they pretty much fit how I hear the characters.
Have they cast the Gaurdians yet?

I’m good with Geoffrey Rush, although I was hoping for Gilbert Godfried

I heard he was in the running until he started making jokes about the tragedy on the Thanagarian homeworld on twitter.
