If you are looking for something creative to do this weekend, grab yourself some sugar, aluminum foil, B2, and a black light.  Instructables has the step by step to build this glowing candy that is safe to eat. Beware though, the glowing properties of B2 wear off quickly when exposed to sunlight (why do you think your vitamin bottle is dark?), so make, photograph, and eat quickly.
