Check out this fan film animated by Robb Pratt. The best part is, he hand drew the animated characters, and digitally combined them with a digital background. Check out this bit of awesome to kick your Monday off into high gear.

Be sure to stick around after the film for the behind the scenes look, and a surprise as to who did the voice of Superman.

Thanks to Thomas Perkins for giving us a heads up on this one!

Wow! That was so cool! I wish this was a regular series. Hell, I wouldn’t mind it if they even showed one at the end of a DC Cartoon. Ya know, kind like a little bonus.

Definitely harkens back to the old Superman serials. Probably too boy-scoutish for a wider audience, but I found it fun.

Man, these really brought back the memories of watching the Fleischer Superman series. I would love to see more of these.

Great work! Makes a great piece for a work portfolio, I’m sure some big company is going to snatch him up by the time this makes its way across the interwebs.

I’m going to start using the phrase “silly susan” from time to time. What a great phrase!
