Kotobukiya has announced that Emma Frost is getting a Bishoujo statue in December 2010.  The $59.99 statue stands 8-inches tall, putting it in the 1/8th scale category. The statue is based on artwork by Shunya Yamashita.

Apparently, the Marvel Bishoujo line is Kotobukiya’s most popular product line, and after looking at all the images in the gallery, I can see why.

    She looks a little doe-eyed and I think the flowing cape should show off her backside. But, nice.

    I like these Bishoujo figures more than DC’s Ani-Comi line. I think between the use of in-universe costumes and making them look equal parts elegant & sexy (as opposed to just tawdry, like the Ani-Comis), they have more crossover appeal.
