That just seems gratuitous for no good reason. I’m totally fine with hyper-violence, but normal yet possibly flawed people just having this affliction where they flip out and rip their own girlfriend’s HEAD OFF. I get if you have said affliction and muggers try to rob you and they start taking your girlfriend off and BAM there you go ripping away but I don’t know. That really just left a bad taste in my mouth. The last panel, the preview for issue #2 looks like Liefeld art, I don’t think it is, but maybe it’s the 78 teeth that does it, but yeah, not liking it. What’s sad is that I own some of the Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre comics and they didn’t bother me. Oh well, to each their own, I’m sure there are people out there that this’ll be right up their alley, just don’t challenge me to a wrestling match please.
