Hermes Press has announced it is collecting and reprinting the Roy Rogers daily and Sunday newspaper strips in a giant black and white volume to be released in January 2011.

[The collection] reprints one and a half years of the daily strip and twelve complete color continuities of the Sunday strip; offers the complete work of ALEX TOTH on the title; art also by Mike Arens, Pete Alvardo, and Tom, Chuck, and Bob McKimson; foreword by Roy “Dusty” Rogers; essay by Tim Lasuita; cover art by Mike Arens.

According to the company press release, this is a representative collection of the Roy Rogers 12-year run.  At 224 pages, Roy Rogers: The Collected Daily and Sunday Newspaper Strips will only set you back $49.99.
