The organizers behind the Wizard World Big Apple Comic Con have announced Lee Majors, best known as the Six Million Dollar Man and The Fall Guy will make his first convention appearance in 30 years.
“I am looking forward to meeting fans at my first Wizard World Comic Con experience,” said Majors. “It has been a while since I have had this opportunity, and I’m glad that ‘Six Million Dollar Man’ and some of the other programs I’ve been in have remained a part of pop culture for so long.”
The list for the show continues to grow, last week the company announced Barry Williams, Christopher Knight of Brady Bunch fame, and Erik Estrada from CHiPs would also appear at the show as well.
Wizard World Big Apple Con takes place October 1 – 3, 2010 at Penn Plaza Pavillion in New York.

I don’t know whether to be sad or happy about this. I know it would be great to see him and get an autographed glossy – or some other item – but can anybody confirm if this is his first Wizard World Big Apple Con or just his first Con?
If it is his first con experience (again I dunno) – then it feels like a parent who’s always healthy suddenly saying, “I need to make out a will.” Right or wrong one’s first thought is “Are you dying?”
He says ‘it’s been awhile’ – anybody know CON was it? Anybody from back then has photos or memories? Very curious.
