Who exactly is the white venom looking guy on the cover? I don’t really read a lot of marvel.
Thats Anti-Venom, it’s Eddie brook, he’s kind of a good guy now
does anyone else think peter looks Mexican! and i would of swore that was his room mate and not Betty Brant until I read the dialogue!
Not a fan of the art work at all!
Yeah the art work inside is pretty damn terrible lol. Why can’t the guy who did the cover do the inside…its false advertising I say!
I was going to say the same thing, it appears to be a classic bait and switch. It’d almost be worth buying it for the cover art alone, what with all the great villains drawn as awesomely as they are but damn that interior is ugly.
Wow, that art is just… not good.
Aside from the awesome cover (the one with Anti-Venom, who doesn’t really appear in the book), this is a pretty repugnant comic-book.
I snatched it up for the cover alone, but no way am I going to start following ASM. There are worse pages than what’s shown. I hate to say it, but is Marvel hiring day laborers to do this stuff? If not, Azaceta is getting paid way more than he’s worth getting work on what should be one of Marvel’s top titles (if it isn’t it’s because it’s being handled this way).
As far as the story goes, ugh… I’ll be glad when they get past this trend of gratuitous grue in Spider-Man lately.
Totally agreeing with you guys; despite the cover, I shouldn’t have bought it.
