Someone please spoil it for me, because I’m not buying it…who is the Red Hulk? When the Banner stop being Hulk, and what brings him back. What’s it been since he was gone? 3 issues?

Red Hulk is General “Thunderbolt” Ross.

Since Red Hulk’s power is “radiation” based, he drained off enough Gamma from Banner to prevent him from becoming the original Hulk, just before the character “Skarr, Son of Hulk” appeared. It’s been about a year.

This had better be a stronger version of the original.
