Too bad the artist for Captain America doesn’t know what the flag looked liked during World War II.
What’s with the huge blackened out piece of the Ultimate Doom picture?
My momey is on the supposedly “dead” Reed Richards.
Thats the mystery villain for the whole Ultimate Enemy trilogy.
Yay for Joss Whedon directing The Avengers.
Isn’t Loki supposed to be dead?
I might actually take a look at this Captain America series, as Mark Waid is one of the few writers I’ll follow into unfamiliar territory.
OH MY GOD WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THAT ROCKET RACOON/GROOT COVER BY MIKE MIGNOLA?
That could be the only book better than Sea Bear/Grizzly Shark!
And I mean that with no sarcasm.
No, seriously, I liked it.
I AM GROOT.
Yes! Rocket and Groot! I’m all about that.
I AM GROOT! (also?)
Wait… I thought I was GROOT?
Wait… what’s a Groot again?
Yes, that was the one picture that got me excited when I saw it too. I love me a badass Raccoon weilding ordnance.
Didn’t Mark Waid just recently tweet that he was fed up/done with superhero comics?
No. He said he was done READING superhero comics… not writing them.
Don’t you have to READ them in order to write them? Sounds like Clinton’s defense of depends on what your definition of “is” is.
Who or what is the NEW Power Man?
I’m assuming they mean the current incarnation of Luke Cage as opposed to the yellow deep necked silk shirt, chain bracelets and belt and tiara wearing Luke Cage from back in the day.
Totally unrelated but is the “Your comment is awaiting moderation” thing new? I’ve never seen that before.
Nope. Moderated comments have always been in place. You are posting under a different name and different e-mail address than you normally due, hence you get shoved into the waiting line.
I was still using the same name and e-mail, I’m pretty sure, but I definitely was using a work computer so that could be it. Cool. I’ll take moderation over Viagra adds any day.
Nevermind, I see what I did with the “_17”, sheesh what’s wrong with me.
