The Los Angeles Times debuted another image from the Kenneth Branagh Thor film. The epic scale of the image show how big of an event this film might be, but the plastic look still bothers me.

And we finally get a look at Loki’s helmet too.
“Release the Kraken!”
Actually, I like the look.
This set looks pretty awesome…Loki helmet, YES!
I do remember a bunch of things looking plastic in the first shot of the Iron Man movie though. It seems they do a lot post-filming to provide the right look. It’s probably easier than crafting such realistic pieces.
So, at the moment, I’m still hopeful.
My thoughts exactly. Iron Man looked plastic in the stills, but looked real in the final film.
Love the scenery. I think we might see some special effects to make the plastic stuff look more like metal.
Personally, I prefer to believe that there are petrochemical products in Asgard.
that toilet is HUGE!!!!
Fantastic.
Does this not remind you of the He-man movie?
EXACTLY!! I was just about to say the same thing. It looks a lot like Dolph Lundgren’s He-Man.
It does remind me of Masters of the Universe, but the first movie that came to mind was Flash Gordon.
AWWW YEAH HELMETS!
