With the plethora of toy based movies taking H’wood by storm, it only makes sense for the best toy in the universe to make a big screen debut. Warner Bros. has hired Phil Lord and Chris MIller, the duo behind “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs”, to write and direct the LEGO flick. Since the script is yet to be written the only word on plot that has leaked is the film will mix live action and animation, which sounds an awful lot like what the Smurfs movie is currently doing.

Hmmm… a mix of live action and animation? :|

Couldn’t they just make a movie like their games? By which I mean borrowing another IP and Lego’izing it?
