Star Trek fans have yet another reason to make their way to the Wizard World Chicago Comic Con in August as William Shatner and Patrick Stewart confirm that they’ll be at the show together – the first time together for professional photo ops with the public.

“We are extremely excited to bring this first-time-ever opportunity with Patrick Stewart and William Shatner to Wizard World Chicago Comic Con.” said Shamus.  “Stewart’s first Wizard World appearance in Philadelphia was very successful and we know that fans will come from far and wide to see the two Captains together in August.”

Wizard World Chicago takes place August 19-22, 2010 at the Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.

I remember that Shatner was supposed to show to WWP but something happened and he couldn’t make it. Then they got Patrick Stewart on board. Pretty much we had Picard and Sisko.

Between Shatner (not Kirk), Picard, and Sisko, I can’t help but notice that the leading men of Trek are all bald.

Of course, you can’t really count Bakula as Entercrap was, well, crap. But, if you did, he’s got enough hair on his chest to cover the other three.

How do I know this? Because B&B never missed a chance to show him in his underwear.

    Or Trip.

    Or T’Pol.

And that was just the half-dozen episodes I actually bothered to watch…
