This has more to do with the cover than the story…
I fail to understand why they spent four years of setting Jesse in the Liberty Belle identity just to throw her back into being Jesse Quick.
I actually picked up Justice Society last year sometime and have always wondered, can she not use both her strength and her speed at the same time? Why would you just use one or the other when you can use both in conjunction?
