While attending the BAFTA Awards, actress Hayley Atwell, who plays Peggy Carter, in the Captain America: The First Avenger movie, confirmed that Tommy Lee Jones makes an appearance in film. The only thing we don’t know at the moment is what character Jones will play. My guess is he will play a MiB who wipes everyone’s minds during the closing act of the film, so no one remembers the Super Soldier program until the launch of The Avengers movie in a couple of years. That or he plays a hard-ass General who cracks a few heads and gets Steve Rogers into the Super Soldier Program.

You do understand, that Tommy Lee is a white guy. Samuel L. Jackson is a black guy.

Didn’t you hear Fury is now a codename…Like Max, Bond and M….Okay maybe not but they SHOULD go that route in the movieverse. But likely he will just be playing Thaddeus Ross senior or somesuch.
