I don’t think Venkman should be dead in the movie, just retired where he’s only there for about the same amount of screentime he got for “ZombieLand”. Something along the lines:
“So, you kids wanna Ghostbust do ya? Here.. take this unregistered nuclear pack and GTFO my house! And Stay off my lawn!” *door slams*
