Art Appreciation Moment of the Day: Adam Hughes

Yup, it’s Adam Hughes once again making an appearance in the Art Appreciation Moment of the Day. I can’t get enough of his art, and I can’t wait to see his Poison Ivy designs turned into a statue from DC Direct.

A statue design for DC Direct. Since they put it on a box, and someone scaneed and posted it, I’m running the original art.

****UPDATE****

1. She does not have two left hands. That’s her ring finger being lifted up the side of the shovel handle.

2. It’s a shovel, not an axe, half buried in the ‘ground’. Technically, it’s a spade.

3. There’s no nipples peeking through the ivy.

  1. Prefer this to the “nude with strategically places vines”-if Zatannas costume is impractical, nude with vines is stupid. This is nice.
