Amid all the hubbub of yesterday’s big news, Marvel announced Siege #1, Siege: Embedded #1, and Avengers: The Initiative #31 all sold out at the distributor level. Marvel has no plans (at this time) to send Siege: Embedded #1, and Avengers: the Initiative #31 back to press, but expect to see Siege #1: Director’s Cut on shelves in March.

That’s why they are sold out. Distributors bought them all out. That doesn’t mean people are actually purchasing them at the shops though.
