I love Adam Warren’s art. If you haven’t taken a crack at his Empowered series, then you A) need to check it out, B) need to be a mature reader, and C) know what satire is.  In the meantime, check out Adam’s interpretation of Daredevil and Elektra.

The final version of a Daredevil/ Elektra card I did for Upper Deck, as colored by Ryan Kinnaird. Wheeee!

Her face looks “copy and pasted” from a magna book. I try not to actually say this to women but “what’s wrong with your face”?

OMG its about dang time. Since “The Dirty Pair” (American version) he has been one of my favorite artists. His adventures of “Empowered” are hilariuos, and his drawing style is awesome. He’s a pal of Jo Chen too (apparently). I wish he had time to do more Dirty Pair (although maybe its a licensing thing?).
Oh and Kinnaird – I still have my copy of Mystic Edge #1, which I thought was great, although one reason was it reminded me of Kei and Yuri and their adventures. What a team.
