For those of you who have been listening and loving the Critical Hit: A Major Spoilers D&D 4th edition podcast, and have been itching to start playing, there’s some good news from Wizards of the Coast. The company announced it is bundling the Player’s Handbook 1 and Player’s Handbook 2 into a slip-cased edition that will sell for $34.95 (for a limited time of course).  This is the equivelent of getting one book for free.

If you’re sitting on the fence, I’d say drop the money and get the bundle now, that way, you can follow along with your favorite three-quarter Orc and his band of merry followers.

Does that Mean One Book Would Normally Be $34.95? Thats Pretty Expensive.
