Harlan Ellison posted on his Website that he has settled his lawsuit against Paramount Pictures over his script for the now classic episode, “City on the Edge of Forever”.  The suit arose from Ellison’s claims that Paramount had failed to pay secondary use rights from the episode, and that the Writer’s Guild (WGA) failed to act on his behalf.
