What would San Diego Comic Con be without the throngs of people vying for a chance to spend big money on an original Adam Hughes sketch?  I’m super bummed I don’t have an original on my wall (yet), but I can always offset it with image of Adam’s sketches he’s done over the years.

Today’s entry into the Art Appreciation Moment of the Day comes from Adam’s 2009 San Diego Comic Con Sketch Book.

This beauty was done with Copic Markers, and will grace the cover of Adam’s new sketch book which we will release at San Diego Comic Con next week. The printed version is colored; we’ll post that file once Adam is back from San Diego.

Awesome.  I really hope someone picks this up for me at the show.
