As you might have guessed, Marvel Comics has announced Dark Avengers/Uncanny X-Men: Utopia has sold out at the distributor level (but may still be in your local store), prompting Marvel send the issue back to press.

Martial Law is declared in San Francisco to put an end the mutant rights riots and the Dark Avengers are sent to enforce it! Dark Avengers/Uncanny X-Men: Utopia Second Printing Variant features the interior art of Silvestri on a stylish new cover!

The $3.99 reprint arrives August 5, 2009.
